The customer needed an experienced Scrum Master to lead two teams and support other Scrum Masters and people responsible for the project so that it was carried out according to the methodology.
From the first days of our cooperation, we put great emphasis on building independence in the teams for which we were responsible by supporting them at every stage of the process. The teams learned to take initiative and responsibility for their work. During our work we focused on building the team identity based on the values of the methodology so that they were as natural for them as possible.
Working with Scrum Masters we managed to organize regular conferences in order to exchange knowledge and share observations and experiences. We also worked on skills improvement, implementing and maintaining Scrum best practices.
